On Monday afternoon, August 29, a 42-year-old woman reported to the police.

She informed officers that she had just killed a man.

When the police arrived on site, they discovered the body of an 83-year-old.

The suspect had reported to the police in Krumbach via the emergency call, according to the press release from the Bureau.

She confessed to the murder of a man, after which several emergency services went to the woman's house.

Once there, they discovered the body of an 83-year-old relative of the woman, who probably lived in the same house as the 42-year-old.

The alleged perpetrator was also found on site and arrested without resistance.

The emergency doctor who was called could only determine the death of the pensioner.

The police investigations have now been taken over by the Memmingen criminal police.

Forensic and forensic officers examined the home.

The body was inspected by the head of forensic medicine in Ulm.

Representatives of the Memmingen public prosecutor's office also came to the crime scene to get an idea of ​​the situation.

Officers found the possible murder weapon, a knife, in the home.

Autopsy confirms victim was stabbed

According to the police, the first investigation results suggest that the woman actually killed the senior.

An autopsy on Tuesday in Ulm finally clarified how the man died.

The results were clear.

He died as a result of external violence.

He was inflicted with stab wounds.

Other residents of the house, neighbors and relatives had not heard of the crime.

They later had to be cared for by crisis intervention teams.

The police are now investigating the background to the crime.

The motive was initially unclear.

The suspect has now been brought before an investigating judge at the Memmingen district court.

This issued an arrest warrant because of the urgent suspicion of manslaughter and the accused was then taken to a Bavarian prison.
