The Superbloom festival will lead to closures in the Olympic Park from Friday.
The organizers ask for understanding in advance.
Munich – After the visits of Helene Fischer and Robbie Williams, the next music event of enormous proportions is taking place in Munich.
Renowned artists such as David Guetta, Stromae and Kraftklub have confirmed for the Superbloom Festival in the Olympic Park on Saturday and Sunday (September 3rd and 4th).
The organizers promise “music, art and a sense of life” on their homepage and announce a few surprises.
From Friday, those who are not involved will also have to deal with the festival.
Extensive closures in the Olympic Park, which was recently the venue for the European Championships, then begin as a result of the construction work.
The north side is affected from 2 p.m. and the south side from 8 p.m.
The disruptions are expected to last until Monday morning.
"Please use the signposted detour during this time," the organizers, who provide detailed information online about the disabilities, ask for understanding.
The Olympic Tower and swimming pool can be accessed via the parking deck.

The Superbloom website explicitly states that this is a “car-free festival”.
Therefore there are no parking spaces available on site.
The organizers ask visitors to come by bike or public transport - the MVV card is included in the festival ticket.
Not only musical entertainment should be offered to the guests in the Olympic Park.
The comedians Kurt Krömer and Kaya Yanar will also present their current programs on stage.
