A reaction which comes after his violent attack by a young person from his commune, following an altercation for a wild rodeo.

The facts took place on Wednesday August 31, at the end of the afternoon in the parking lot of the town hall of this village of 1,500 inhabitants.
As William Pelletier got into his vehicle, he was attacked by one of his constituents, aged 19.
The latter hit him and seriously injured his face.
The victim had to undergo several stitches.
The two protagonists knew each other.
A few weeks earlier, the mayor of Châteauneuf-sur-Cher had argued with other young people from the town for having done wild rodeo with motocross on a campsite.

The suspect was arrested a few hours after the incident and then taken into custody.
He is to be tried on Friday, September 2 in an immediate appearance in Bourges for "
violence against a person holding public authority resulting in total incapacity for work of less than 8 days
".
A misdemeanor punishes with a sentence of three years in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros.
