Truck driver is seriously injured

A truck driver crashed into several trees on Schleißheimer Strasse in Dachau on Friday morning.
The driver was seriously injured, the police said in a press report.
Shortly after 7.30 a.m., a 60-year-old from Augsburg drove into town with a drinks truck on Schleißheimer Straße.
According to previous knowledge, he came off the road to the right due to health reasons, collided with a street lamp and several trees, two of which were uprooted.
The driver had to be taken to the Großhadern Clinic with serious injuries.
There was property damage of around 40,000 euros.
At the scene of the accident, there were traffic delays for about three hours due to the salvage work.
