For the ninth time before the magistrate, a woman from Geretsried stood.

She attacked a woman.

The court imposed a fine of 975 euros.

Geretsried - "It doesn't take much for her to explode," the judge stated at the end of the hearing.

It was not the first time that the Geretsriederin was sitting in front of him in the dock.

The reason for their appearance was often that their emotions had taken on a life of their own.

In the most recent case, a call from her boyfriend at the time was enough.

On February 27, early in the morning of this year, he told the 43-year-old that a mutual friend had stayed with him.

Which apparently set the defendant in motion with an uncomfortable head cinema and set her in motion.

The meeting of the women ended for the Geretsriederin with a procedure for attempted dangerous bodily harm and insult.

She is said to have thrown a cup at her rival (42), at least she regarded her boyfriend's nightly guest as such, and called her a slut.

"She came in like a fury," the man (58) described the encounter in the morning.

"It was really intense.

You're scared of death, she's screaming, unbelievable," added the injured party.

"I was upset," said the defendant.

"You don't do something like that, sleep with a man when you know he's in a relationship." That's why she called the strange woman on the couch a bitch.

She also threw a cup.

However, she wanted to hit the dog, who was also sitting on the couch, because it had previously bitten her forearm and lower leg.

Photos and a medical certificate confirmed this.

The cup missed its target.

When it hit the wall or fell to the ground (neither the defendant nor the witnesses could remember that exactly), the handle broke off.

The defendant claimed that her boyfriend then drastically clarified the situation.

"He slapped me so badly that I fell to the ground." The man denied it in court.

However, the relationship has ended since that day.

He is convinced that the man "knew exactly what he triggered with his call.

The dog bite then did the rest,” emphasized judge Helmut Berger in his verdict.

He was lenient and found the trained saleswoman "only" guilty of insulting and damaging property.

With the fine of 65 daily rates of 15 euros each (975 euros in total) he followed the request of lawyer Georg Kastenmüller.

While the court came to the conclusion that "there is nothing left of the bodily harm" because it cannot be refuted that the cup was actually thrown at the dog, the prosecutor also considered this charge to be proven.

She had asked for a year in prison without parole, also because the accused had committed another offense just six months after her last conviction.

"Goodbye," the accused said goodbye to the judge after her ninth hearing.

"I hope she doesn't mean that literally," huffed her attorney.
