About a week and a half ago, the police arrested two residents of East Jerusalem on suspicion of committing sexual offenses against a woman with special needs in recent months and blackmailing her with threats.
The investigation began following a complaint filed by the woman to the police about several cases of sexual offenses, on several occasions during the past months, and about extortion through threats.
According to the police, Shalem station investigators have collected evidence and testimonies against the two suspects in recent days.
