Al-Jalaa and Al-Wahda teams qualified for the semi-finals of the Basketball Republic Cup after their victory over Al-Nawa’ir and Al-Wathba in the
first round of the competition, which will be held on the grounds of the Martyr Nasih Alwani
Sports Hall in Hama.
Al-Jalaa ensured his presence in the round of four after his victory over Al-Nawa’ir 51-48
points, while Al-Wehda outperformed Al-Wathba 95-62 points.
The competitions of the first round of the competition will be completed today with two matches, where the first teams of Al-Karama and Al-Tali’a gathered, after which Al-Ahly of Aleppo will meet with
the Army.
Al-Jalaa will meet Al-Wahda in the semi-finals tomorrow, while
the two winners of today's matches will play each other to secure the qualification for the final.
