Today (Sunday) the attorney's office submitted to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court an indictment for crimes of extortion by threats, against the head of the criminal organization Yossi Mosley, 45 years old from Ramat Gan, while using his criminal reputation.

The indictment shows that while he was in South Africa, Mosley, who is identified as being associated with a criminal organization and has a criminal reputation, made contact with a high-tech entrepreneur and his brother-in-law, and threatened them with the aim of motivating them to become their business partner instead of his place of residence, while mentioning his name in order to create a threatening effect and instill terror.

On one occasion, Mosley contacted the complainant and asked to meet with him for a business proposal, and even offered to buy him a plane ticket to South Africa.

The complainant, who was afraid of Mosley, refused the offer.

In light of his refusal, Mosley threatened the complainant, he claimed that he had defrauded investors and added: "Shut up shut up, listen listen, from now on I won't tell you anything, I promise you that you will want to meet";

what were you thinking?!

Because you don't want to meet then shall we say goodbye and bye?!"

In light of the complainant's refusal to have a business relationship with him, Mosley sent the complainant a message in which he wrote that his refusal "makes no impression on anyone".

Later, and with the aim of scaring the complainant, Mosley sent him via WhatsApp files that include internal business information of his brother-in-law's businesses, while noting: "...that of ..., you will receive yours shortly, and I believe you will want to talk to the people."

In total, Mosley sent the complainant 73 WhatsApp messages, and called him through the app 87 times in less than a month.

After the complainant stopped answering, Mosley returned to the complainant's brother-in-law and asked him to deliver threatening messages, among other things he threatened him by saying: "AA owes money to people" and added that he would "make AA pay up to the last shekel".

At the same time, Mosley also tried to threaten the complainant's brother-in-law, who also refused to meet with him and become his business partner.

In the arrest request submitted at the same time as the indictment, it was stated that: "It is a matter of several incidents of blackmail with threats that continued over a period of time and in a systematic way that inevitably shows the great danger of the respondent, towards the complainants in particular and towards the general public in general".

Just last month, Mosley was arrested in Israel for involvement in the crimes of murder and two attempted murders. Mosley said at the beginning of the hearing: "It's all conspiracies.

I have no conflict with anyone."
