The police arrested tonight (between Saturday and Sunday) a father and his son, a 16-year-old minor, on suspicion of attacking two protesters from the Crime Minister movement that held a demonstration last night at Gesher Rashonim in Rishon Lezion.
The police intend to bring them to a court hearing this morning with a request to extend their detention.

According to them, they were attacked with sticks and stones, when according to them the attackers were right-wing activists.
"We were attacked a few minutes ago by crazy bibists," said Haim Trivax, who was injured in the incident, and added: "They don't agree with the very demonstration and our very existence. We tried to stop them. They went upstairs with stones. I got hit with a stick behind my back."
