Fire brigade first responders provide first aid to their comrades
The 18-year-old had to be freed from his vehicle by the volunteer fire departments in Harthausen and Grasbrunn.
A particular burden for the emergency services, because the young man is himself a member of the Harthausen fire brigade, confirms the fire brigade control center.
The first responders of the Harthausen fire brigade took over the first aid of their comrade.
The 18-year-old was seriously injured in the impact.
A rescue helicopter took him to the hospital.
Firefighters were subsequently supported by the district's psychosocial emergency care
Because of the stressful circumstances of the operation, the firefighters were subsequently supported by the Psychosocial Emergency Services (PSNV) of the Munich district, reports the Harthausen fire brigade. 32 forces were deployed under the direction of Deputy Harthausen Commander Matthias Friesinger.
Fortunately, it turned out that the 18-year-old got off lighter than initially feared.
The fire brigade operations center spoke of a thigh fracture on Sunday.

The police estimate the damage at several thousand euros.
The M25 county road had to be closed in both directions during the accident investigation and cleaning work.
This was taken over by the forces of the Grasbrunn and Harthausen fire brigades.
