Anyone who buys from a discounter hopes for low prices.

A Lidl customer was now surprised that this also applies to owners of luxury cars.

Aberdeen/Munich – Sooner or later, nobody can avoid going to the supermarket or discounter.

If the refrigerator is empty or the pantry is no longer full, you have to stock up on new groceries and everyday items when you go shopping.

The prices in this country are usually a little higher at supermarkets such as Edeka or Rewe than at discounters such as Aldi, Penny or Lidl.

Lidl customer discovers Ferrari in the parking lot: "The color fits"

Some of the discounters from Germany have long since opened some branches abroad.

There are now over 800 Lidl stores in Great Britain.

A British customer made an unusual discovery in front of a branch - more precisely in the parking lot of a Lidl market, as reported by tz.de.

The man, who according to his account lives in Aberdeen, Scotland, posted a photo on Twitter.

This shows a yellow Ferrari parked in front of the entrance to a Lidl branch.

"Not exactly a car you see every day in a Lidl parking lot," wrote the user on his tweet.

In fact, it seems rather unusual for an owner of such a luxury sports car to go shopping at a discounter.

The picture shows the Ferrari FF model, for which you have to shell out a six-figure sum.

If you can spare so much money for a car, you shouldn't have to pay attention to the price when shopping.

Users scoff at Lidl customers with Ferrari: "We all have to make sacrifices"

At least that's what a Twitter user who commented on the Ferrari snapshot thought.

"That's strange," he said.

Some other users suggested why the yellow Ferrari in the Lidl parking lot might not be all that unusual after all.

"Well, even Ferrari drivers are feeling the pressure of the cost of living," surmised one user.

"These are hard times," said another sympathetically.

Mockery of the Ferrari driver also poured out under the tweet in the comment column.

"Watch the small change.

Makes sense,” said one user mockingly.

"We all have to make sacrifices," quipped another.

"Cheap groceries make other luxuries possible," it said.

Bright yellow Ferrari discovered in a Lidl parking lot – "The color goes well together"

A completely different aspect caught the eye of another Twitter user.

The yellow paintwork of the sports car and the Lidl company logo, which is also partly in this color, made a coherent impression for him.

"The colors go well together," he praised.

It is not possible to say for sure whether the Ferrari driver was also the owner of the expensive luxury vehicle or whether he had only borrowed it to go shopping at Lidl.

The driver of a significantly cheaper car in front of a Rewe branch recently had a completely different problem.
