For the past year, the CEO of My Serious Game, an SME based in Tours (Indre-et-Loire) and specialized in digital training, has authorized 50% teleworking for its employees.
They are satisfied, they even ask him for a little more: the CEO is considering increasing the pace to 60% (from 2.5 days to 3 days a week), but is still hesitating.
"I want to take the time to measure the impact on employee engagement," he says.
