Four vehicles collided on Tuen Mun Highway.
At about 8 a.m. today (7th), a light goods vehicle, a single-deck KMB and a double-decker KMB were traveling along Tuen Mun Highway towards Tsuen Wan. The reel of the light truck also flew off and hit a private car next to it.
Seven men and six women suffered minor injuries in the accident.
The right rear of the single-decker bus was damaged, the left windshield of the double-decker bus was severely shattered, and a large number of passengers got off the bus.
Police arrived at the scene to investigate and direct traffic, and the injured were taken to hospital by ambulance.
The Transport Department announced that part of the traffic lanes of the slip road from Tsing Long Road (Tai Lam Tunnel) to Tuen Mun Road (towards Kowloon) have been closed.
Motorists are only allowed to use the remaining lanes.
There is currently heavy traffic on the site.
