A man was probably attacked with a beer mug at the Mühldorfer Volksfest.

A man wanted to leave the folk festival in Mühldorf am Inn when he was attacked by three young men - probably with a beer mug.
Mühldorf am Inn – Early on Saturday morning (September 3rd), a 39-year-old was physically attacked at the festival site in Mühldorf am Inn.
The murder weapon was apparently a beer mug.
The man was badly injured in the head.
This was announced by the Oberbayern Süd police on Wednesday, the Mühldorf Presidium had already commented on the case two days earlier.
In the meantime, the Kripo Mühldorf am Inn has taken over the investigation on the suspicion of an attempted homicide by order of the relevant public prosecutor's office in Traunstein and is asking for information from the population.

About the incident itself: The medical service reported a person with a head injury on Saturday morning.
"During the course of the initial investigation, it became known that the 39-year-old wanted to leave the festival west towards the Inn Bridge at around 12:40 a.m.
The 39-year-old would have been approached by an unknown perpetrator on the festival grounds," the police said.
When the 39-year-old turned around, an "unknown perpetrator suddenly hit him with an object, probably a jug, in the direction of the head.
The object struck the man's head.

Mühldorf: Men attack 39-year-olds at a folk festival with a beer mug
Two of the perpetrator's companions then brought the 39-year-old to the ground, and the perpetrator hit the object several times in the direction of the head.
When bystanders finally became aware, the perpetrators fled.
The 39-year-old was injured in the facial area and had to be treated in a hospital.

At the church fair in Kadenzhofen, an unknown person severely injured the former Miss Franken, Vanessa Hampl. The family is now offering a hefty reward for information.
Beer mug attack: This is how the attacked describes the suspects
1. Perpetrator:
approx. 165 cm tall, southern appearance, relatively prominent beard on the lower lip and a square beard band;
2nd perpetrator:
slightly older than the 1st perpetrator, approx. 180 cm tall and more Western European appearance;
3. Perpetrator:
approx. 170 cm tall, Arab appearance, apparently wore a partial beard, short hair;
The suspects are estimated by the injured party to be 18-20 years old.

The Mühldorf criminal police station is asking for information “Who can provide relevant information about the crime on Saturday (September 3, 2022) shortly after midnight?
Has anyone taken photos or videos of the crime?
