Police forces arrived at the scene and together with a negotiation team tried to talk to his heart and motivate him from harming himself or others.
Finally, due to fear that he would hurt himself, the police broke into his house.
One of the police officers was stabbed in the chest by the suspect and was taken to HaGalil Hospital in Nahariya in moderate to serious condition.
