The Directorate of Implementation of Legislative Decree 66 continues to hand over the title deeds of the regulatory shares to the owners of the second regulatory area “Basilia City”, which number about 93,829 owners, where the total bonds delivered to the owners have reached about 47,438 titles of the regulatory shares so far.
In a statement to SANA, the director of the directorate, Eng. Riad Diab, called on the owners to review the directorate to complete the necessary documents for issuing bonds and handing them over in preparation for opening the door for trading in the regulatory shares, explaining that the speedy receipt of the title deeds will allow the opening of the trading door as soon as possible, and the owners will be able to buy and sell bonds.
Diab pointed out that during the coming period, the owners of Basilia City will be allowed to carry out the process of inheriting the organizational shares of the deceased to the heirs, and to issue regulatory stock bonds in the names of the heirs and according to the inheritance inventory that they will submit to the Directorate.
