A woman in her 40s was fatally injured tonight (between Thursday and Friday) after her vehicle overturned on Route 35 near the Polugot junction.
Medical teams arrived at the scene, performed CPR on her and evacuated her to the hospital.
A senior medic at the MDA, Ahijah Alon, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw a car upside down on its roof, outside the car lay a 30-year-old woman unconscious after people on the spot rescued her from the car.
She was not breathing and had no pulse, we gave her life-saving treatment and evacuated her while performing CPR."

In another case, a 26-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle near the Gat Rimon intersection on Route 471. Medical teams arrived at the scene and evacuated her to the Linson Hospital suffering from multi-system injuries.
