: We are living in what I call a new world disorder.
The post-1945 liberal world order, based on the rules of the game, began to crumble already at least fifteen years ago, with the invasion of Iraq by the United States.
But no multipolar alternative order is emerging to supplant it.

I would say that contrary to what is repeated, we have not returned to the era of competition between great powers.
