Seventeen Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces attacked participants in the weekly demonstration in the village of Beit Dajan near Nablus in the West Bank.
The director of ambulance and emergency at the Red Crescent in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, told the Palestinian Wafa news agency that the occupation forces stormed the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, and assaulted Palestinians participating in the weekly anti-settlement demonstration, and fired a hail of bullets and poison gas canisters, causing two Palestinians to suffocate and ten others to suffocate.
The occupation forces also attacked Palestinians at the entrance to the town of Beita, south of Nablus, as a result of which five Palestinians suffocated.
In addition, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian property on Hawara main street, south of Nablus, under heavy guarded by the occupation forces, who closed the place.
