A special session of Parliament to commemorate the late Queen will be interrupted for the speech, which will be broadcast on TV at 6 p.m. (7 p.m. German time).

Only one day later he is proclaimed as the new British king.

According to Buckingham Palace, the ceremony begins at 11 a.m. German time at St. James's Palace in London.
