"For family reasons": Goodbye Germany star Julia Holz cancels the wedding

After her cancer, "Goodbye Germany" star Julia Holz was looking forward to her dream wedding.

For months, the couple planned their wedding, which should have taken place on October 10th.

Julia has to postpone this now.

Mallorca – Julia Holz and her future husband Iwan planned their dream wedding for months.

But just a few weeks before the wedding, the couple has to cope with a serious blow, which is why they have to postpone their wedding ceremony for the time being.

The “Goodbye Germany” emigrant justifies this decision in her Instagram story.

"Wedding will not take place!

I have to collect myself for a moment," Julia Holz alerted her almost 582,000 Instagram followers in her story.

"I don't want to talk to the camera yet," continues the "Goodbye Germany" emigrant, causing her fans great concern.

With her statement that she and Iwan have not separated, she can take away her followers' greatest fear.

Still, their wedding, originally scheduled for October 10, will not go ahead.

The reason for this is "family and health problems", as Julia Holz reveals in a later Instagram story.

"Iwan and I have been together for over 10 years and we love each other dearly, and of course our little Daliah.

And that won't change either," Julia clarifies.

Marriages and Divorces in 2021

Around 357,000 couples got married in 2021.

This is a new low, as only 4.3 marriages per 1000 inhabitants were counted last year.

But divorces are also on the decline.

In 2021, the number of divorces was below 150,000 for the first time since 1992, as destatis.de reports.

After months of planning, Julia Holz has to postpone her wedding

Julia Holz and her future husband have been planning their dream wedding for months, only to have to postpone everything shortly before.

"Family is the most important thing for us, and this, as well as health, comes first," concludes Julia Holz in her Instagram story.

When exactly the "Goodbye Germany" couple is planning their new wedding date is still open.
