An American policeman was killed and another person was injured in a shooting that took place in the Denver area, Colorado, western United States.
NBC News quoted Police Chief Link Strati as saying in a press conference, "A police unit intervened after a report was received about a quarrel between several people. The suspect was detained after the incident.
The authorities launched investigations to find out the causes and circumstances of the accident.
