In the parliamentary elections in Sweden, Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson's left-wing electoral alliance is in the lead by a very narrow margin, according to initial forecasts.
According to a forecast published on TV4 on Sunday evening, the four left-wing parties received 50.6 percent of the vote and the four right-wing parties 48 percent.
Broadcaster SVT predicted an even tighter outcome, with 49.8 for the left and 49.2 for the right.
Both forecasts see the right-wing Sweden Democrats as the second strongest force.
