 This Monday, September 12, the 74th edition of the Emmy Awards, the most important on television, will take place.

This ceremony rewards the best series in both regular and

streaming

formats , as well as their creators and talent.

For this edition, the most nominated are

Succession (

HBO) with 25 mentions and

Ted Lasso

(Apple TV+) with 20 nominations.

Emmy Awards: Who Presents the Awards?

The ceremony will be presented by the American actor and comedian Kenan Thompson, remembered by many for being part of the cast of the program Saturday Night Live or SNL, as it is also known by its acronym in English.

Thompson won't be the only performer during the awards.

Actresses and actors will also join the gala to present and deliver some of the awards.

Among the Latinos, Mexican actor Diego Luna, Oscar winner Ariana DeBose and singer and actress Selena Gomez stand out.

Both DeBose and Gomez have Latino, Puerto Rican, and Mexican roots, respectively.

The 2022 Emmy Awards will take place at the Microsoft Theater, located in downtown Los Angeles, United States.

The broadcast will begin at 8:00 pm and end at 11:00 pm (Miami time).

The red carpet of the Emmy Awards can be seen through the Twitter accounts of NBC or E!

News.

It will also be available on other platforms.

The red carpet broadcast begins at 7:00 pm (Miami time).

In Spanish and for the Latin American public, the red carpet will be broadcast on TNT.

This broadcast will be hosted from Los Angeles by Lety Sahagún and Axel Kuschevatzky.

How to watch the 2022 Emmy Awards

In Latin America, the ceremony will be broadcast dubbed into Spanish on TNT and TNT Series.

Rafa Sarmiento, Ileana Rodriguez, Florencia Coianis and Sebastián Pinardi will be part of that coverage in Spanish as commentators. 

And the Spanish audience will also be able to see the ceremony, although they will have to stay up until the wee hours of Tuesday, September 13.

Telefónica, Movistar+ and Movistar Seriesmania will broadcast the 74th edition of the Emmy Awards starting at 1:30 am on Tuesday, local time.
