Putin's henchman Dmitry Mevedev rumbles once more.
He is reacting to a new security concept proposed by Ukraine - and to arms deliveries from the West.
Moscow – Dmitry Medvedev was once a moderate politician who rose to become Russia's president and later prime minister.
He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
But at least since the start of the Ukraine war, Medvedev has increasingly acted as Putin's personal agitator.
Now he has once again resorted to drastic words.
"If these fools continue pumping the most dangerous types of weapons into the Kiev regime, sooner or later the military offensive will reach another level," Medvedev rumbled to
Western states via Telegram , according to
Tass .
Putin's Medvedev rumbles again: "Prologue to the Third World War"
He warns of an enormous escalation of the situation.
If it comes to that, there will no longer be any visible boundaries and the actions of those involved will become unpredictable, he rumbled on.
The war could then spread unpredictably and "involve more and more new participants".
Medvedev thus paints the scenario of a war that spreads far beyond the borders of Ukraine.
And also warns against unforeseeable actions by Russia.

In his message, however, Medvedev not only rumbles against Western arms deliveries.
But above all against the plans of Ukraine to build a new system of security guarantees.
Ukraine wants new security guarantees – Medvedev warns of third world war
Former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen prepared this on behalf of Volodymir Selenskyj and presented it on Tuesday (September 13), as reported by the
Handelsblatt
.
The concept assumes that Russia cannot be trusted even after the end of the war and that no legal treaties can guarantee security.
That is why Ukraine must be developed into an anti-Russia bulwark over decades through sustained investments in the defense industry, arms transfers and intelligence support.
Ukraine's western allies are to guarantee this in a new security agreement, the "Kyiv Security Compact".

Medvedev condescendingly calls this concept of security guarantees the “prologue to a third world war”.
According to Medvedev, Article 5 of NATO would ultimately be applied to Ukraine.
This article describes the NATO alliance case: If a partner is attacked, this is counted as an attack against all members.
That is why Medvedev follows up with the aforementioned warning to Western countries and says: "It is directly about NATO's hybrid war with Russia."
