Arab star Hani Shaker carried a message of love from the brotherly Egyptian people to spread it in the hearts of the Syrian public through two evenings of singing on the opera stage at Dar al-Assad for Culture and Arts.

And about the song he released on the occasion of his visit to Syria, “Long live Syria.. Long live Egypt.” It was written by the Syrian poet Sufouh Shaghalah and composed by the Egyptian composer Mahmoud Khayami. He explained that this combination between the Syrian word and the Egyptian melody is tantamount to building new and advanced artistic relations with Syrian composers and authors, hoping that This beautiful collaboration continues.

In response to a question by SANA Agency about his new artistic birth on Syrian soil, he indicated that there was a new feeling he had when he felt the Syrian public's love for him through the great turnout to attend his concerts, especially from the youth category, which he considered a new artistic birth for him on Syrian land.

The Arab star welcomed the holding of concerts anywhere in Syria that would receive a wide audience in the country's squares and not only in the opera house, expressing his joy and gratitude for the invitation to visit Syria and meet its loving and thirsty people for committed art.

For his part, Secretary-General of the Syrian-Egyptian Friendship Association, Talal Al-Attar, indicated that the presence of the able artist Hani Shaker in Syria is a token of love for the Syrian people.

The head of the Syrian community in Egypt, Basil Sammakieh, referred to the support of the Syrian community in all its forms to hold this ceremony in cooperation with the Ministries of Tourism, Culture, Transport and the Syrian Artists Syndicate, expressing thanks to all who contributed to the success of this invitation.

The Syrian National Ensemble for Arab Music, led by the Dean of the Higher Institute of Music, Maestro Adnan Fathallah, put its final touches on the final rehearsal for tomorrow evening, which comes as a translation of its goals to enrich the Syrian Music Library with Arab musical experiences presented by top Arab stars.
