At the Wiesn he always had Arnold Schwarzenegger's back free.
But now the Hollywood star can no longer do anything for his bodyguard Fabian P.
The 36-year-old has been jailed for tax evasion.
This fate could also threaten star chef Alfons Schuhbeck.
Munich – This judgment also hurts Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger (75): His former bodyguard Fabian P. (36) has to go to prison for a long time.
The Munich I district court sentenced the bodyguard to four years and seven months in prison.
Reason: The 36-year-old had evaded taxes.
His silhouette in the courtroom alone was an appearance: Fabian P. barely fits through the door frame, his upper body is so wide.
As he takes his seat in the dock, his shirt is tight under the coarse muscles of his upper arm and shoulders.
No question: This man has power.
Fabian P. had worked as a bodyguard for years and also protected Hollywood star Arbold Schwarzenegger at the Wiesn.

But even Schwarzenegger can no longer help his former bodyguard.
The 6th Criminal Chamber of the Munich I District Court convicted Fabian P. because, as a self-employed security guard, he had evaded taxes in 15 cases.
It was about a damage sum of almost one million euros.
According to the Federal Court of Justice, with this amount of damage, there is no longer any question of a suspended sentence - perpetrators then generally have to be imprisoned.
From October 5th, this aspect will also play a role for Alfons Schuhbeck.
The star chef is said to have evaded even more taxes.
He also has to answer to the Munich I district court.
Trial dates are scheduled until December 22nd in Schuhbeck's case.

Tax evasion process: Alfons Schuhbeck will soon have to go to court
Fabian P. had already made a confession at the start of the process.
He benefited from this as part of a so-called deal: the criminal court had signaled that the penalty range would now be between four and a half and five years.
The bodyguard had already set up his own event and security company in Munich in 2007 and worked as a bodyguard in the state capital.
As powerful as these missions were, his finances were apparently not right.
Another security company was added in the years 2012 to 2016, but this ran on a friend of Fabian P. He was also convicted of tax evasion, but the sentence was suspended.
That no longer applied to Fabian P.: He has to go to prison – also because he already had a criminal record.
