In an interview with "Hong Kong 01", group owner Yandy said that she got married in November this year, so she sent an email to Crostini in May and June to inquire about the discount of cake cards. Crostini replied that you can get 55% off if you buy more than 201 cakes at the wedding fair.

Yandy then bought 201 cake cards at the wedding fair in July this year, which cost about 6,000 yuan after discount.

Yandy continued to point out that the gift and the postings have just passed recently. The day before yesterday (12th), she had already sent 5 posts to her friends. Unexpectedly, a friend informed her last night that Crostini had announced her graduation.

She has called the credit card company today to ask for a refund and plans to seek help from Customs, the Consumer Council and the police.

She pointed out that to buy another cake card, it will cost an additional 9,000 yuan.

Some sufferers pointed out that Crostini was still selling cake coupons earlier, but suddenly announced last night that it was closed, and denounced his behavior as "profiteering business practices and irresponsible", and last night's Facebook post did not mention any compensation plan at all.

The bitter owner also pointed out that he called Crostini 4 days ago to order cakes with coupons, but no one answered for a long time.

He also pointed out that Crostini was still selling moon cakes a few days ago, and launched a new cake, "It made the miserable master fall, and it was intentional to deceive customers."
