Five adults and six children - some of them small - were apparently dropped off by a smuggler in Kreuth.
The group was picked up at a fast food restaurant.
Now the federal police are investigating.
Kreuth
- An employee of the fast food restaurant in Kreuth noticed the group of eleven on Wednesday evening (September 14th).
Because the circumstances of the visit to the restaurant seemed strange to him, he informed the Bad Wiessee police.
According to the police report, the officers who arrived found that the people could not identify themselves.
According to their own statements, the Kurds originally came from Turkey.
Because of the suspicion of smuggling foreigners, the Federal Police in Rosenheim was finally turned on.
Turkish IDs found in underwear
The three men, two women and six children were taken to the federal police station in Rosenheim.
As reported by the local press office, the officers found Turkish ID cards in a pair of underpants and a bra during the search.
The federal police officers were able to use the fingerprints of the adults between the ages of 29 and 41 to verify that they had already been registered in Croatia.
Terminus Kreuth: migrants have to leave the vehicle
According to initial findings, the migrants had used the driving services of a man.
The unknown driver apparently brought the group across the German-Austrian border in his car.
The final destination was Kreuth: all occupants had to leave the vehicle in the area of the B 307.
The investigations of the federal police are ongoing.
After completion of the police measures, it is said that the two Turkish families with the children (1, 2, 4, 7, 10 and 13 years old) will probably be handed over to a reception center for refugees.
