The Ukrainian military has stated that the Russian forces are trying to withdraw their S-300 air defense systems “deep into the temporarily captured areas”.
Russian air defenses have become more vulnerable since Ukraine acquired US-made High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles (HARM),

The Ukrainian air force itself carried out eleven attacks, the general staff report continued.
In addition, Ukrainian missile units "attacked areas where the enemy's manpower and combat equipment are concentrated," including in Kherson.

The Ukrainian general staff has announced new figures on Russian losses in the Ukraine war.

The information on Russia's losses in the Ukraine war comes from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

First report from Wednesday, September 14, 7 a.m.:
As the think tank “Institute for the Study of War” reports, the Kremlin admits defeat for the first time since the beginning of the war.
