Ramzan Kadyrov spoke again about the current situation in the Ukraine war.

He followed up soothing words with advice to Putin and Shoigu.

Moscow - Chechen leader and so-called Putin "bloodhound" Ramzan Kadyrov has spoken out again.

This time he seems to want to reassure the population in Russia - but he is also giving Moscow, and thus Vladimir Putin, advice on the Ukraine war.

Just a few days ago, Kadyrov caused a stir with a voice message on his Telegram channel.

In it he called the situation in eastern Ukraine "incomprehensible" and even threatened to come to Moscow and explain the real situation on the ground to the military leadership and to Putin.

In so doing, he implied that the President was not well-informed about "strategic regrouping" as a result of the Ukraine offensive.

The comments even drew a reaction from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

He assured Putin was informed about everything.

Putin's "bloodhound" rumbles again - and suddenly praises the previously scolded military

This made Kadyrov the first senior member of Putin's power apparatus to criticize and speak of mistakes.

His statements also came at an inopportune time for Putin, after all, the president is currently even facing demands for his resignation.

The mood in Russia has at least partially changed for the first time since the setbacks in the war.

Now Kadyrov speaks up again: "I will reassure the most violent and skeptical commentators," he writes on Telegram and announces that they will not withdraw.

These are provocations from the West.

"Don't be fooled," says Kadyrov.

He then accuses the Ukrainians of shooting at their own compatriots - while Russia is trying to "minimize the number of human casualties" in the "special operation".

Therefore, one must proceed differently than Ukraine.

Then Kadyrov suddenly lauds the military leadership of Russia: “Our generals, graduates of military academies, are well versed in the intricacies of military affairs and only allow the enemy to do what is advantageous to us.” He counts “tricks ’, which must now be applied and which ‘combines the leadership of the army perfectly’.

He calls stretching enemy forces to force the enemy to fight or lure him into a trap.

Declining morale, high losses, fear of death: Putin is said to be not sending any new troops to Ukraine

The following statements show that the situation in Ukraine cannot be quite so rosy for Russia: Everyone can contribute something - at best by volunteering to fight.

It has long been known that Russia lacks soldiers.

Especially after the Ukraine offensive and the fact that the setbacks at home could no longer be concealed, the number of volunteers probably fell again.

In this regard, Kadyrov then has a piece of advice ready for the Kremlin.

In a video that was also posted, he says according to

: “If you ask me, I would declare a state of war and mobilization.

And I would use every opportunity to get this dirt done faster.” He made a similar statement in the written post.

Despite Ukraine's current successes, the Kremlin has just emphasized once again that it does not want to resort to the drastic means of general mobilization.

It is feared that popular resistance to the war would then increase significantly.
