The President of the United States, Donald Trump, suggested that King Abdullah II of Jordan take over the control of the West Bank - this was reported tonight (Thursday) in the Washington Post, according to a book describing Trump's tenure as president and to be released soon.
In response to the offer, the king said: "I thought I was having a heart attack."
He added, "I couldn't breathe, I was bent over from pain."
There was no response from Trump.
