The joke has been circulating for months in the Ukrainian army: far ahead of Europe and the United States, Ukraine's main arms supplier is Russia.
After the successful counter-offensive of the Ukrainians in the South and especially in the North-East, the Russian soldiers still left behind them, in their hasty retreat, a large quantity of military equipment, difficult to replace and extremely valuable.
According to the first estimates of the specialized site Oryx, Russia has lost at least 40 tanks, 50 infantry vehicles, 35 armored vehicles and two jet planes.
