They met at the Galerie Perrotin and discovered the same passion for heritage sites.
Monday morning, at the coffee machine, Aliénor Debonneville, the blonde, and Marie Ducornet, the brunette, were talking about the châteaux they had visited during the weekend.
And thus came to the same conclusion:
“All these places are under-exploited and do not highlight themselves enough,
says Marie.
There are associations, foundations, but that's not enough.
We had the skills to offer them something more constructive and the desire to work together.”
From these informal exchanges was born Alma Heritage - "Al" for Aliénor, "ma" for Marie -, a consulting agency for owners of historic residences.
The idea: to offer them personalized support to develop projects to cover the maintenance costs of these financial pits that are most heritage sites
