The federal government places the German Rosneft subsidiary under trusteeship.

Berlin – The federal government has placed the German subsidiaries of the Russian state oil company Rosneft, Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH, under the trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency.

On the basis of the Energy Security Act, the Federal Network Agency is taking control of Rosneft Germany and thus also of the respective shares in the three refineries in Schwedt, Karlsruhe and Vohburg, the Federal Ministry of Economics announced on Friday.
