A 23-year-old man was taken into police custody on Friday September 16 after the defenestration, at Chambon-Feugerolles (Loire), of his two daughters, aged 2 and 4, whose vital prognosis is engaged, we learned from of the parquet floor of Saint-Etienne.
The firefighters intervened around 10 a.m. to rescue the girls who had fallen on the asphalt.

,” Saint-Etienne public prosecutor David Charmatz told AFP.
The magistrate went there and opened an investigation for “
attempted homicide on minors under 15 years old
”.
One of the two girls was hospitalized in Saint-Etienne, the other in Lyon.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the father, who was placed in police custody at the Firminy police station (Loire), was alone with his two daughters at the time of the tragedy, the mother was absent.
