Intelligence of the Lugansk People's Republic revealed that officers from NATO countries had arrived in a part of the Kharkov region controlled by Kyiv forces.
"Our intelligence discovered the arrival of officers from NATO countries to the Kharkov region," RIA Novosti news agency quoted Lieutenant-Colonel Andrei Maruchko, a spokesman for the republic's police, as saying.
"The purpose of the arrival of these officers is to organize and coordinate cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign armed units," Maruchko noted.
