Storm Fiona in Guadeloupe: orange vigilance triggered, schools closed

Floods "to be feared"

According to Météo France, tropical storm Fiona is located about 600 km east of Guadeloupe, at the level of the Atlantic Ocean, and is moving west at 22 km / h.
