The district home association organized a charity evening for the benefit of the hospital development association.

A total of 7080 euros came together.

The coveted device for the early detection of cervical cancer is thus secured.

Erding – Teufelsgeigerin Martina Eisenreich lived up to her name: With groovy and witty pieces, she and her quartet entertained around 100 guests on Thursday evening in the Stadl of Schloss Aufhausen.

Barbara Pöschl-Edrich contributed soft harp sounds, space-filling arias came from the Eichenried soprano Yvonne Madrid.

The DSDS third Melissa Mantzoukis delighted with two pop songs.

Sabine Trettenbacher, Equal Opportunities Officer for the district, brought a successful surprise to the stage.

The amateur singer skilfully interpreted Max Raabe's "For women, that's no problem".

Discreetly in the background, but always present: Guido Krutscher on the piano.

The district home association had invited to a serenade evening with a star cast and charity auction.

Club representative Sandra Angermaier, who had organized the benefit evening with Trettenbacher, was in charge.

The proceeds of a total of 7080 euros go to the newly founded association of the Erding Clinic.

This had become urgently needed, as clinic director Dr.

Dirk Last assured that the clinic was getting more and more into trouble due to the pandemic and its consequences.

Due to the lack of staff, only around half of the intensive care beds can be occupied.

In America, fundraising has long been an "integral part" of financing clinics.

With the donations of the evening, the association wanted to support gynecology in particular under the motto "Women's Health".

A device for around 7,000 euros for the early detection of cervical cancer is at the top of the wish list.

Originally, cabaret artist Alfred Mittermeier had agreed to be the auctioneer for the auction of the three works of art.

Since he had to cancel at short notice, Angermaier took over this part and mastered it charmingly.

Nevertheless, the people of Erding were hesitant with their bids.

Finally, an expressionist work of art by Hamit Ataseven entitled “Lines of Life” fetched 2,000 euros.

The Erdinger Stefan Tübinger auctioned the large-format acrylic painting.

He will hang it in the office of his IT company in Munich, as he informed.

Thomas Bartl's home will soon be adorned with a hand-colored lithograph by the late artist Rudolf L. Reiter.

The print entitled “Love for a City” was worth 1,200 euros to the mayor of Neuching.

Secondary school teacher Markus Neugebauer bought the portrait of the “district woman” for 2,000 euros.

71 women from the district, including Minister of State Ulrike Scharf, who was also present that evening, had their picture taken.

Photographer Miriam Stemmer implemented the idea artistically.

However, Neugebauer will not hang the oversized work in his home.

He donates it to the hospital.

The reception with a raffle, calligraphy, sparkling wine and appetizers, other donations and limited edition prints of the “Landkreisfrau” in small format raised 1880 euros.
