The sixth generation of Opel Astra begins its local journey.
It is a completely new model based on the platform of the new Peugeot 308 on which adjustments and changes were made in Opel's German center.

As you can see the design continues the current line of the company's products and as we have already seen it is a rather impressive looking car.
As of these days, the Astra will be marketed here exclusively with a supercharged 1.2 L engine and one fairly high level of equipment, the price of which is set at NIS 159,000.

The said engine produces 130 hp and transfers its power to the front wheels through an automatic box with 8 transmission ratios.
As mentioned, the Astra in the highest 'GS Line' finish level and the only one with us, includes a large multimedia screen, projected indicators, adaptive LED lighting, surround cameras, a sunroof and more.
The advanced safety accessories are also fully present and include, among other things, adaptive cruise control, lane departure correction and blind spot monitoring.
