Whether for preparing drinks, food or brushing teeth - in a town in the Upper Palatinate the water now has to be boiled.
Tirschenreuth - On Thursday (September 15th) the public utilities announced important information for the residents of Tirschenreuth in the Upper Palatinate.

"In the course of testing the drinking water, microbiological contamination (germs) was found at sampling points in the public water supply," says a press release.

That means: The water has to be boiled once.

All other parts of Tirschenreuth that are not mentioned are not affected, the press release continues.
