Read the exciting stories about his personality, about his desire to volunteer.

Look at the picture of Major Bar Falah, the deputy commander of the Nahal patrol who was killed in clashes with terrorists in the Jenin sector.

Read the exciting stories about his personality, his desire to volunteer, and his willingness to contribute.

Look at the pictures of Ahmed Ayman Abed and Abd al-Rahman Hani Abed, the two terrorists whose shooting killed him.

Now think about the fact that the Palestinian Authority - the one with which the security system that Major Falah worked cooperates with, the one that the Israeli government seeks to strengthen, the one that our Minister of Defense hosted in his living room for its leader - will this week pay a special grant of 6,000 shekels to the families of those terrorists , and from today on you will give them a monthly allowance of NIS 1,400.

This money will not be paid for their beautiful eyes, for being good citizens of the PA, or for their volunteering with the elderly of Jenin. This money will be paid by the PA, the one with which the State of Israel has a regular relationship, Only in exchange for one thing: the willingness of the two to shoot Major Falah to death.

Human nature helps us to get used to everything, however delusional, bad and unbearable it may be.

And yet, it seems that the governments of Israel have succeeded in getting us used to their horrible policies, to the point that we have never come to terms with any of their members about the moral and value low they have reduced us to.

The Palestinian Authority encourages its people to leave their homes, take action and murder Jews, and our elected government, and our security system, have no problem with that.

The government ministers will eulogize the walkers and visit their graves and comfort their families - as if they have no connection with the Palestinian Authority, and at the same time they will conduct contacts and meetings and coordination with the Palestinian Authority and speak in favor of the need to strengthen it - as if there are no Jews being murdered.

We will expand further on the security issue and the encouragement to murder Israeli citizens.

But let's stay for a moment in essence.

In principle.

in morality

Can Israel see itself as a country with Jewish values or with values in general, when this is how its leaders behave?

Imagine if you found out that the State of Israel maintains daily relations with an organization that finances pedophiles who sexually abuse our children.

An organization that pays them a monthly salary for every additional child they attack.

Wouldn't we have overthrown the country as soon as we heard about it?

Would any of us have remained indifferent?

Was there a single minister in the Israeli government who slept at night, bearing responsibility for such a terrible reality?

But this is it, which gives the impression that this story does not move anyone.

Google "strengthen the Palestinian Authority" and argue for yourself.

The editorial of "Haaretz" only called on the morning of the attack to "strengthen the Palestinian Authority", and the Prime Minister thinks that it should be strengthened, and the Minister of Defense thinks that it should be strengthened, and Gadi Eisenkot thinks that it should be strengthened, and Matan Kahana explained only this week that it should be strengthened, and like them The security services and who not.

Never has one of the Israeli governments come to terms with those who encourage their young people to go out and murder us.

"Strengthen them", that's what everyone here is asking for.

The Israeli government, like its predecessors, when it maintains normal and normal working relations with the Palestinian Authority, cooperates with the solicitation to murder Jews.

There is no other way to put it.

And it doesn't matter at all if the government deducts from the PA's tax money what the PA pays to the terrorists, or if it does it itself, when it deducts with one hand and gives the Palestinians bridging loans with the other.

In the bottom line, Abu Mazen himself - not by an angel, not by a messenger, not by a messenger - pays huge payments every month to anyone who is willing to kill Jews, and the Israeli government turns a blind eye to this.

This payment to the terrorists is not just a reinforcement of Alma, on behalf of the authority.

The amount of payment is directly related to the amount of Jewish blood that was spilled.

Those who only injured and were sentenced for two years will receive NIS 1,400 per month.

Those who succeeded in murdering and received 30 years will receive 12,000 per month.

For every liter of Jewish blood, its rate.

What sane country is willing to cooperate with a body, organization or authority that issues such a contract on its citizens?

What face does Yair Lapid or Benny Gantz have today, Naftali Bennett yesterday, or Benjamin Netanyahu and his ministers yesterday, to send their spokesperson to issue a message of mourning and sorrow after an attack, and to look the bereaved families in the eyes?

What message does the Israeli government convey to the IDF soldiers, when it sends them to fight, and at the same time cooperates with those who finance those who ambush them and shoot them to death?

And no, the excuse according to which this cooperation serves us security, is not an acceptable excuse.

Not only because our strong security system should not rely on the kindness of the Palestinians, but first of all because there are things a state cannot do, and cooperation with those who encourage the murder of its soldiers and citizens with money, is one of the first on this list.

The treats are upon us

Look how low we get.

Look how we adopted a policy that does not have a single molecule of morality.

Every month the State of Israel allows the Palestinian Authority to deposit through it - that is, through us, our prison service and our postal bank - 400 shekels for shopping and canteen treats for each imprisoned terrorist.

400 shekels to anyone who murdered or tried to murder Jews, for the benefit of buying cigarettes and Mamba and pretzels and everything the canteen has to offer, in addition to what his family deposits for him.

Tell me, isn't that crazy?

We are committed to giving every prisoner, even if he is a despicable terrorist, full meals, and medical care and a bed to sleep on.

There is no debate about that.

But in what world do we feel we must allow them to purchase treats and extras for themselves?

And in what world do we feel obligated to let the Palestinian Authority reward them every month, through us, with our assistance, for what they did to us?

Data received by the "Lavi" organization through a freedom of information request from the prison service taught that in 2021, 31 million shekels were deposited for the use of the canteen for terrorists - "security prisoners" in laundered language.

Additional data collected by the "If You Want" organization indicates that between 2015-2020 the deposits for the terrorists' canteen services reached NIS 166 million.

And it is important to distinguish here between ordinary criminals and terrorists.

Because as far as terrorists are concerned, we have no hope or ambition to rehabilitate them.

We are not talking here about criminals who rolled into the world of crime because of their child Ashoka, and we have an interest in putting them on a new path of a more contributing life.

It is about those who seek to murder Jews out of ideology, out of a war against who we are and what we are.

Do any of us feel a moral obligation to arrange an orderly purchase of cornflakes for them?

And as mentioned, this is no longer a question of the payment that the Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners in Ramallah transfers to the family of the terrorist in Jenin, and we can close our eyes and tell ourselves that we did not see.

Here, the funds that the Palestinian Authority transfers to the terrorists for the canteen services in the Israeli prison, pass through us in an orderly manner.

You ask what is neat?

Well, this week I went through the Shevast Police procedures. Everything is written there, in black and white. With a tariff. With a clear division. Residents of Territories - up to NIS 1,200. Prisoners from other organizations who live in Territories - up to NIS 1,200 (in addition to RSP funds of NIS 400 per month).

Prisoners from other organizations who are not residents of the territories - up to NIS 1,600." Real. Word for word. This is procedure numbered 07-1008.

Nitzan outline

Some fascinating documents obtained by the "Lavi" organization reveal that even official bodies in the State of Israel realized that there could be a problem in transferring these funds to the terrorists in prison.

Already in December 2006, an interesting discussion took place in the office of Shai Nitzan, then the deputy state attorney for special duties.

This discussion was convened after the management of the Postal Bank demanded compensation from the state in case someone sued it, claiming that when it manages the transfers of funds to terrorists in prison, it is involved in providing compensation for the terrorist acts committed by the terrorists.

"In order to resolve this concern," Nitzan wrote, "an idea came up to establish an arrangement whereby all the prisoners' accounts would be in the name of the Shavas, which would manage all the security prisoners' accounts as the trustee/proxy of each and every prisoner.

The Shavas will be the owner of the account, and the account will be in the name of 'Shavas - for a certain security prisoner'.

This arrangement obviates the need to transfer a letter of indemnity." Thus, it was agreed, "if a lawsuit is filed against the Postal Bank for the management of the accounts, claiming that this constitutes support for terrorism, the Postal Bank will be able to return it to the Shevas."

I want to say, the accounts will be registered in the name of the prison service instead of in the name of the terrorists themselves, and thus the problem will be solved.

The Post Bank will be able to say that it transfers deposits of funds for the Shin Bet, and not for the terrorists. What does this story teach? It was clear to everyone that there was a problem with this transfer of funds by the Palestinian Authority to those who wished to harm the Jews, when the official State of Israel is helping this happen. By the way , in order to maintain the new arrangement, 85 thousand dollars were then invested in the development of special software for managing the prisoners' accounts, half of which was financed by the Bank of Israel and half of which was financed by the post office.

In January 2007, Shai Nitzan sent a letter to the legal advisor of the Ministry of Finance and informed her of the agreement stating that "Shavas will bear the results of any lawsuit filed against the postal company or the postal bank for opening and managing these accounts - if the cause of the lawsuit is the provision of the law prohibiting the financing of terrorism."

Shai Nitzan's response: "As is clear from the summary of the discussion of January 16, 2007, the discussions that took place 'were intended to solve a difficult problem of an alleged violation of the Law Prohibiting Terrorist Financing and a solution was agreed upon to prevent the transfer of terrorist funds in very significant amounts to security prisoners who are in the custody of the Security Service.

Following the discussions, a solution was indeed found that prevented the transfer of terrorist funds in large amounts to security prisoners and imposed supervision on the amounts transferred for canteen needs."

The encouragement to murder does not excite anyone.

Evidence from the field

And after we talked about the value message that Israeli governments convey to their citizens and soldiers, when they allow the Palestinian Authority to reward those who seek to murder them, this issue also has a security aspect.

Over the years, the "View of Palestinian Media" organization has collected several examples of what the funds paid by the Palestinian Authority to terrorists do, to motivate more Palestinians to stand up and take action.

Here is an example.

Khaled Rajov was arrested by our forces after a failed attempt to murder Jews in a stampede attack on Mount Hebron.

"I am a man who has seven people at home, and I do not work," he explained in his investigation.

"I have accumulated a lot of debts and I can't pay them and I got to the point where even my son wants a shekel and I don't have any money to give him, so I decided to die no matter how. By hanging, anything, the main thing is to die. I thought about the issue and said to myself if I die by hanging or in any way Otherwise, I didn't get anything out of it, so I decided to do something serious, that is, something like a murder attack. Something that I would both kill and die in the end, and that way my family would get money and they would live comfortably, that is, they would have something from my death. So in the end I decided to murder soldiers Israelis. I got in my car and drove to Al-Fawer, since there is always an army post there and I told myself I will run over them in my vehicle, kill as many as I can and they will shoot me and kill me. When I did not find an army point there in Al-Fawer, I continued to the second point."

When asked by the researcher why he decided to kill soldiers, Rajov replied: "It is best to kill soldiers. They also have weapons, and they will shoot me and kill me. But if it is not possible for me to kill soldiers, I will try settlers, guards, that is, any Israeli target, the main thing May I die and be killed, so that my children will receive a pension and live happily."

By the way, if he had been killed as he planned, being the husband of a wife and the father of five children, his family would have received NIS 2,800 per month.

Another terrorist, Hosni Najjar, was investigated in August 2013 on the suspicion that he planned to obtain weapons to carry out a terrorist attack against Israeli targets, as well as on the suspicion that he recruited more people to the Hamas unit in order for it to carry out a shooting attack.

Najjar claimed in his investigation that he never really intended to carry out the attack, and planned everything just to get the allowance promised to terrorists from the PA.

Whether this version of his is correct or not, it is enough to read his testimony to understand the effect that the funds paid by the authority have on those who are willing to carry out an attack in order to receive them.

This issue also has a security aspect.

Najjar said in his investigation that he ran into financial difficulties and decided to solve the problem.

"Due to my difficult financial situation, I decided to arrange some imaginary plan with the Israeli Shin Bet so that I would be arrested and spend more than five years in prison, and this is so that I would receive a fixed salary as annuity funds from the Palestinian Authority in order to cover the debts... I would have a salary of approximately NIS 4,000 and the amount This is for three years, which means it will be NIS 135,000, and that's how I'll cover my debts."

Najjar told in his investigation how he recruited people and offered them to carry out the shooting attack with him.

"In other words, this whole issue is an economic plan, and I made a plan to enter the Israeli prison and I contacted a number of people from Hebron and Beit Pajar and Bethlehem, and I worked on them that there was practical military activity against Israel and I worked on them that I had the intention of obtaining weapons."

In June 2015 Malachi Rosenfeld was murdered in a shooting attack.

Three friends who were in the car with him were injured.

The attack was directed by Jordanian Ahmed Najjar, a Hamas man who had previously been involved in the murder of six Israelis, was in prison, was released in a Shalit deal, deported to Jordan and continued to fight us from there.

Shai Maimon, one of the wounded in the attack in which Rosenfeld was murdered, recalled to his astonishment during the legal proceedings against the members of the squad who were arrested after the attack, how he, as an officer in the Aguz unit, together with his friends arrested Najjar in the previous round, before the Israeli government released him.

This week Maimon showed me the indictment that the state filed against one of the members of the squad he served in.

The indictment describes how the weapon used in the attack was purchased from the funds paid by the Palestinian Authority to Najjar, in retaliation for the murder attacks it carried out in the past.

Malachi Rosenfeld was murdered, as mentioned, in this attack, Shai Maimon was injured and rehabilitated, and the governments of Israel and its security system, it seems, have made a decision to live with this reality in peace.

The Palestinian Authority will continue to finance terrorism against us, and encourage its people to murder us.

And we, for our part, will continue to explain how important it is to strengthen it.

A terrible reality that surpasses all imagination.
