The Jordanian General Security announced that the last body had been recovered from the rubble of the building that collapsed last Wednesday in central Amman, bringing the death toll to 14 deaths and 10 injuries.
The Jordan News Agency, Petra, quoted the media spokesman for the Public Security Directorate as saying that the search operations, which lasted for 84 hours, went through difficult and multiple stages to find all those trapped, according to the investigation revealed about those inside the apartment building, explaining that the Public Security did not receive any new reports about other missing persons.
The previous outcome indicated, last Wednesday, that five people were killed in the collapse of the four-storey residential building in the Al-Weibdeh neighborhood in the center of the capital, Amman.
