During this period, the number of searches on the site was about 125 thousand, compared to 112.6 thousand searches in the corresponding period in 2021.
The data also shows that the most prominent subcategories in which the public searches for products for delivery are furniture - with 72,000 searches in January-July 2022, followed by electrical products with about 31,000 searches, baby and child products with about 19,000 searches, garden products with About 14 thousand searches, household products with 13 thousand searches.

Another prominent subcategory is computers and related equipment, which were searched for by about 9,000 people in January-July, followed by musical instruments with 8,000 searches, bicycles with about 7,000 searches, sports equipment with about 5,500 searches and work tools with about 5,000 searches in these months .
Ayelet Nitzan, Yad2's VP of Marketing, explains in a conversation with "Israel Hayom" that "Due to the high cost of living in Israel, we are seeing an 11% increase in searches for products for free second-hand delivery in the months of May-July compared to last year.
The most prominent subcategory is furniture, followed by electrical products, the children's category rises to third place.
"Also in the sports subcategory there was an increase of about 12% and it was placed in ninth place, an increase of three places from last year."
