There was a serious accident in the Kulmbach district.
A car's engine was thrown out in the head-on collision.
Kulmbach – A serious traffic accident occurred in Bavaria on Saturday, September 17th.
There was a head-on collision between an Opel and a Fiat on the B85 in the direction of Kulmbach, between the towns of Eichberg and Rohr (Kulmbach district).
Three people were injured.

, the 51-year-old driver of the Opel had encountered oncoming traffic on the B85 in the direction of Kulmbach.
There he collided with an oncoming Fiat.
According to the information, the 63-year-old driver and his 53-year-old passenger were in the latter car.
The collision between the two cars was so severe that the Opel's engine was ripped out and thrown several meters away.
All three people involved in the accident were injured.
They were then taken to the nearest hospital by ambulance.
In the head-on collision, the Opel's engine was thrown out of the car.

Violent accident in Bavaria: cause unclear
According to the report, it is still unclear why the 51-year-old Opel driver got into oncoming traffic, which led to the violent collision.
In any case, pictures from the scene of the accident show two frontally destroyed cars, and the clean-up work by the emergency services continued.
According to current information, at least the Fiat had to be towed away at great expense.
