Most European countries opened up to tourists and removed all restrictions a few months ago, but the Netherlands and Spain remain the two main countries on the continent that still restricted those who were not vaccinated.

Holland was worse and did not let in those who were not vaccinated or recovered and Spain only required tests.

Picturesque atmosphere.
