The couples are waiting in preparation: registration for the third lottery of "discounted apartment" will open on Sunday, October 23 and close on November 3, in which approximately 3,500 units will be raffled across the country - this is what the Ministry of Housing and Construction announced yesterday. According to the announcement, the apartments will be raffled in the following cities: Jerusalem, Lod, Beer Sheva, Ofakim, Nof HaGalil, Tiberias, Sahnin, Kfar Kasem, and more. The final list will be published before the opening of the lottery. Those eligible to register are homeless people with a valid certificate of eligibility. By the end of the year, about 9,000 units will be drawn in additional lotteries.
So far, about 17,000 households have won the "discounted apartment" lotteries held this year.
As was the case in the previous lottery, those eligible can register for three cities, and for all the lotteries in these cities.
The date of registration for the lottery is not important, and registration will be open to the eligible public for eight days.
We emphasize that the possibility of issuing a certificate of eligibility will be open until October 25, after which it will not be possible to issue certificates until the registration for the lottery closes.

The certificate can be issued online through the program website, and those who cannot register online can do so by digital registration using online forms on the companies' websites or through the service centers: Alonim 2850*, Milgam 6078*, Amidar 6266*.

The issuance procedure takes up to 10 days in cases where all the relevant approvals have been submitted, and in some cases there may be delays.
