The exhibits are the result of the voluntary work of dozens of volunteer women who have the experience and skill in preparing mortar for sale in the exhibition that is held annually at the association's headquarters, and the proceeds of it go to the benefit of the needy families registered there.

The association’s board member and exhibition official, Mona Ziada, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the exhibition is an annual tradition held by the association to display dozens of women’s products of various types of mortar and kitchen supplies throughout the year in the association’s kitchen, where the exhibition proceeds go back to support needy families and women work in the association’s kitchen throughout the year With the seasons that the earth offers, in the winter orange juice is prepared and at the end of the summer the hummus makdous is made, which is very popular, in addition to pomegranate molasses, tomato paste, and others.

Susan Lewis, a volunteer for three years, sits behind a table displaying various jams from eggplant, citron, bitter orange and pumpkin, in addition to products recommended during the exhibition period from different brands, while Malak Abboud displays various jams and different juices produced by the women of the association's kitchen.

In the kitchen, the women fill grain products of freekeh, wheat, lentils and bulgur in various bags and weights, which received great demand during the exhibition, in addition to packing spices and dryers in an orderly and elegant manner, according to the volunteer lady Suhair Zaitoun.

Both Samar Abboud and Dr. Aida Haddad supervise the sale of vinegar, pomegranate molasses, sour grapes and pickles produced by the association’s kitchen or for the needy at home. In another corner, Mona Daoud displays her products of accessories and cosmetics that she manufactures with craftsmanship and perfection, as she started her project about two years ago and found in the exhibition an opportunity to introduce her products After the success she achieved by participating in the previous exhibition of the association, while the architect, Maha Hanna, manufactures various forms of chocolate and cupcakes for various occasions, with remarkable creativity, and participates in the exhibition to market her product.

The Al-Rabeeh Association for the Care of Children with Autism in Homs participates in a special pavilion with hand-made products for children and the assistance of their supervisors, and the proceeds of the products go to support children.

In turn, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the St. Mansour Charitable Society, Victoria Qarnoub, pointed out that the Society has been a branch of the Mother Society in Aleppo since 1994, and it has been independent from it and has been declared as an independent association in Homs since 2017. About 60 families, comprising forty elderly people, are given health care and the necessary medicines are provided to them.

It is noteworthy that the annual charity exhibition of the St. Mansour Charitable Society in Homs will continue from the 17th to the 25th of this month at the association's headquarters in the Al-Mahatta neighborhood in the city.
