At the annual meeting, the Lenggrieser Trachtenverein Stamm looks back on the past year.

A special guest came this year.

Lenggries - "Even if not much is happening in the club life - there is always something going on in the cash register," said Benedikt Demmel, chairman of the Lenggrieser Trachtenverein Stamm, recently at its annual meeting in the Alpenfestsaal.

After not too many activities were possible in the 2021/2022 association year due to corona, a lot was still done and the cash register moved, as the report by financial manager Resi Fischhaber made clear.

In April, the traditional costume bazaar was able to take place again, which the tribe has now held for the sixth time together with the Hirschbachtaler brothers' association.

The two traditional associations donated part of the joint proceeds to the local association “Nur a bisserl Zeit”.

As early as March, the tribe supported the Ukraine Aid with 1000 euros - this sum resulted from the obolus of the visitors of the traditional youth singing and music making and a generous "rounding up" by an individual in the audience.

The corona restrictions imposed, which primarily affected indoor gatherings, gave rise to the idea of building an outdoor stage, according to Demmel.

This stage is now complete.

"We could now, for example, also hold a home evening outside."

Mayor Stefan Klaffenbacher praised this pragmatic initiative in his greeting.

Secretary Katharina Rammelmaier reported that the home evening that was last presented in the Alpenfestsaal was well attended.

In accordance with many years of experience, it still posted a minus in the cash register.

In general, Demmel appealed to the men in particular to be present at the release dates.

He also encouraged people to stop off in the Alpenfestsaal after the procession on the day of the event, where the brass band played especially for this day.

He also thanked Rosi Rammelmaier for organizing the youth singing and moderating the home evening, as well as Jakob Wasensteiner, with whom the association can store some inventory.

According to the board, a three-day trip to Regensburg is planned for next year in July.

A special guest at the gathering was Father Josef Wasensteiner, who has been living in Brazil for 31 years, but was visiting his home country and celebrated the anniversary service of the two traditional costume associations in the morning.
