"In recent years there has been a kind of revolution in regards to online purchases; they have increased by hundreds of percent, over 500 percent," explains Michael Yosef.
"Contrary to popular opinion, not only young people prefer to purchase products online, but also 50-70 year olds, who as a result of the corona virus jumped into the water and since then prefer to buy online."
What are the advantages of buying online versus buying in a branch?
"On-line, unlike purchasing in branches, you are not tempted to buy things you don't need, but buy exactly what you define in advance. In addition, the saving of time and money is enormous - there is no need to waste gas, look for parking, stand in line or carry things home and in addition, online there are unique offers that are not can be found in branches. In many cases it is cheaper to purchase on the website than in the branches."

How convenient is it to order on your website and is it possible to find everything?
"Very convenient and simple, our interface is user-friendly so that anyone can make purchases with it in a few simple steps. And what about customer service?
What do you do in case of a malfunction or problem?
"Our customer service provides a comprehensive response, and in the vast majority of cases answers the phone within about three minutes. In the event of a problem or malfunction, if a product is missing or the customer is not satisfied - our customer service will reward him on the spot, without arguing. In addition, you can reach them via WhatsApp or email And not just over the phone."
Where do you see this world ten years from now?
"In the future, contrary to what is customary today, everything will be done online. Today, if a customer places an order and a product is missing, he receives a call from a service representative who offers him an alternative product. In the future, this will not be the case. In addition, I believe that in the near future it will also be possible to make small purchases , without paying shipping fees. If someone runs out of milk and eggs, they can only order them and will not be obligated to reach any minimum order. It seems that the percentage of online purchases will also increase significantly. Today it is about 15-25 percent of total sales and I estimate that while In a few years it will reach 40 percent."
